Sometimes demand for temporarily support emerges for specific business process improvement or additional (project) management capacity. In several positions or roles I’m able to fulfil this, like business process manager, business process improvement manager, quality improvement manager.

As professional and manager I focus on analysing current business processes and  move forward from there. Knowing that there is no such thing as standard solutions, broad knowledge & background in business process improvement, drive, determination, team involvement are base to work from.

I’m motivated to analyse, support and (when required) lead improvement (change if you like). 

Organisations experienced me as driven, structured specialist, willing to move though all levels of the organisation to get a clear overview before moving forward. When the picture  is clear to all involved problems and or opportunities can be touched and discussed align with solutions. As employees are the ones that develop and change, they are the ones to drive change.
